We can tailor short courses and ceramic-based events in all sorts of ways.

What can we do for you?

Some ideas:-

Short courses as a team building exersise.

Tackling learning situations where the knowlege does not relate to the usual hierachy, is a fantastic way to build a sense of togetherness. I'm always suprised and delighted at how much complete strangers with very different backgrounds seem to form a group (with people looking to each other's strengths) when attending, for instance, "Intensive Throwing" courses for beginners.

A focus for meeting up with old friends.

Much more fun than meeting up and sitting round a table while you catch up.      You could run it as a party(within reasonable safety lines) but end up with something each of you've made to help you all remember the day.

BA or HND Ceramics students get ahead.

Get a group of students together and book a few days of intensive tuition on aspects of your choice. I think you'll be supprised at what can be done in a few well focused days.

    Teachers gain confidence   in ceramics/pottery.

We can put together very comprehensive packages which will not only include tried and tested pottery projects for any  age-group (and lesson lengths/frequency) they will also give you a list of suitable and compatable materials (suppliers addresses, order-numbers, everything!). As well as this I can help out by giving advice on the particular equipment you have access to; not only during the session, but on the phone or by email when you get back to school.

I don't claim to know it all, but I'm confident that:

What I don't know, I can find out!
